About In N Out

I hold the belief that I was put on this Earth to give a platform and a voice to those who have been through some type of adversity, pain, or abuse of any kind and to allow those people to tell their stories.

I spent 6 years, 4 months, and 2 days in prison, hyper focused on my freedom, and during that time I gained better clarity about how I would get out and what I would do once I got out. While I was locked up, I realized a few things. I realized that if you could see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand. Once you’re exposed to something, you cannot be unexposed, and there is no cheat code, only consistency.

I’ve physically been to prison, but there was a period of time after I got out that I realized I was still trapped in a mental prison. How many of us are experiencing a prison of some kind whether that be physical, mental, financial, etc? And we seem to keep going IN N OUT of those prisons. We go IN N OUT of poverty, IN N OUT of change, and IN N OUT of awareness.

What that confirms for me is something that I soon found out once I got home - how much we all struggle and how much we all need help to escape those physical and mental prisons. So, to me, IN N OUT is a movement! IN N OUT represents all things in all of us at all times, and you don’t have to have been in a physical prison to relate to my story or the stories shared on this platform.

By sharing our stories and experiences, we can help each other, and that’s what IN N OUT is all about!
